Aikido for 11/04/2009

Tonight Mike and I practiced the following techniques:
  • shomenuchi kotegaeshi 3 variations
  • shomenuchi sankyo omote and ura
  • yokomenuchi gokyo omote
    • The next class will be at the Gunnison Recreation and Community Center on Sunday at 2 pm.
