Aikido for 10/27/2008

Tonight Jake, Joey, and I practiced the following techniques:
  • Shomen-uchi ikkyo
  • Shomen-uchi irimi-nage
  • Ryokatate-dori tenchi-nage
  • Shomen-uchi nikyo
The first three techniques are from USAF 5th kyu test.
