Slogging through the week...

All this week and the first three days of next week, my schedule at the library shifts to working from 11 am to 8 pm, Sunday-Thursday. This does require some adjustment although sleeping in this morning was nice but now I'm here until 8 pm. Last night when walking home from work (I locked my keys in my office so instead of biking home like I wanted to, I had to walk), there was a fox in an empty lot about a block away from my cabin. I went home and came back with my camera but I wasn't able to get a good photograph. My cousin is getting married in Grand Junction on Saturday, so I'm leaving Gunnison Thursday night. I talked to my Mom this morning and it will be a real family reunion with many relatives I have never met from the Rock (my grandmother's paternal) side of the family.

I haven't heard anything on the Aikido front. After my schedule returns to normal, I plan on doing some quick advertising through a modified flyer. My big plan this week is to get my passport. I finally broke down and by Thursday, I should have a DSL connection directly from my cabin. Fun stuff and should be able to post my photographs from the wedding from home instead of waiting to go to work.
