Aikido for 01/25/2011

Tonight for Aikido class, Ken taught the following techniques:
  • katatetori tenkan kokyunage
  • katatetori irimi kokyunage
  • ushiro ryo-katatetori kokyunage (3 variations)


Ken gave me a stack of DVDs to catalog and create a catalog. I now have something to work on as a side project.
